Tadd A. Holzen, President and Broker in Charge, organized T.A. Holzen Commercial, Inc. to provide a more personalized level of service for clients not usually found in larger firms. Having grown up in the family development and construction business it was only natural to transition to brokerage. Since formally entering the business in 1989 with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Cincinnati, he has consistently completed transactions even through the most difficult of real estate markets. Tadd continues to maintain a Florida real estate license, with a focus on client's extended investment and brokerage needs. Although he specializes in office sales and leasing, Tadd has experience in all aspects of the business. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky set the stage for additional real estate related coursework and qualifications.
