Stewart began his real estate career in 1996 and quickly established himself as an expert at putting deals together. Over his career, Stewart has assisted hundreds of clients with the challenges of commercial real estate. A native of Tallahassee, Stewart has worked with local and national clients alike, assisting with site acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation, consulting and property management. His knowledge of the market and high deal volume earned him the prestigious CCIM designation in 2005. As a CCIM, Stewart is recognized expert in commercial real estate and is among the elite 6% of commercial real estate practitioners nationally to hold the designation, which requires attaining a specific degree of experience along with completion of 160 hours of graduate level curriculum. During his career, Stewart has been a founding partner of several real estate investment holding companies, two brokerage companies, and he is a commercial property owner himself. These experiences allow him to relate first hand to small businesses, large corporations, owners, investors, landlords and tenants. Less
