Steve R. Wagner is Associate Director, Industrial Advisory, for 360 Commercial Partners. In this role, Wagner works closely with Industrial Advisory Director Zachary P. Niles to provide unparalleled commercial real estate consult to discerning property owners and occupiers throughout Southern California. Wagner is especially renowned for his unwavering dedication to client service and for his unmatched expertise in the leasing and disposition of Industrial and R&D holdings within the South Orange County and Airport Area markets.
Prior to joining 360 Commercial Partners, Wagner served as a Senior Associate within CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach, California office. During his nine-year tenure, Wagner consistently ranked as a leading industrial sales and leasing professional, with an impressive roster of long-term clients, including La Jolla Pacific, SSF Autoparts, Exhibit Works, Rainbow Sandals, Neomend, and TSW Wheels, among others.
Wagner is a member of NAIOP and AIR and holds a Certificate in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California at Irvine. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was co-captain of the Men’s Golf Team. He resides in Ladera Ranch with his family.
