Steve Sayre, Patrick Harlan and Kyle Westfall bring their combined experience and proprietary marketing system to a myriad of exclusive projects such as, lender/receiver sales/leasing, owner sales/leasing, investment sales, land/build to suits, and user representation. Currently the team has over 5.3 msf of product and 861 acres listed. In 2010, the team completed 56 transactions producing $36.3 M in consideration, representing 2 Lender owned building sales, 1 investment sale, 31 leases, 11 Tenant Rep assignments, the largest land sale in Casa Grande over 80 acres, 3 Buyer Representation assignments, and 7 Building owner sales - covering 12 of 16 industrial submarkets.

Career user rep assignments include winning C&W's Deal of the Year in ’05 for a 500,000 sf World Headquarters, build-to-suit lease valued at $197 million and ’10 representation of Philosophy for a “cost neutral” expansion from an inefficient 105,000 sf into institutional quality 216,000sf. Career investment sale highlights include a 190,000 sf investment sale for $19.95 M in ’06 and a 156,000 sf investment sale for $21.2 M in ’07. Career master planned developments include ALTER Group distribution product(1.32 msf), Kitchell Development flex product (340,000 sf), MACK Development mid bay industrial (425,000 sf) and LaPour Partners mid bay industrial and service center(403,000 sf). The team has also won the Client Service Award the last 4 times, as voted by their clients.
