Steve Sayre - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Sayre has enjoyed a successful 15-year career in representing owners and tenants in sales, leasing & master-planned developments of industrial product. He also represents 2 companies with their nation-wide real estate portfolios consisting of 664 locations and 8.8 million square feet.

In 2005, Mr. Sayre completed C&W's Deal of the Year - a 500,000 sf World Headquarters, build-to-suit lease valued at $197 million. The brokerage team of Steve Sayre, Patrick Harlan and Darren Tappen bring their combined 37 years of successful land transactions, investments, developments and exclusive user representation to every project, including master planned developments with Kitchell Development (340,000 sf), MACK Development (425,000 sf) and LaPour Partners (280,000 sf). Over the past 4 years, Mr. Sayre’s team has averaged 90 transactions per year including 1 million square feet leased/sold, 100 acres and $94 million in aggregate value. The team has won the Client Service Award the last 3 years, as voted by their clients.

A graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, Mr. Sayre holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Mr. Sayre also started a walk/run for melanoma awareness in May benefiting the Melanoma International Foundation, of which he is also a board member.
