Mr. Woods has over 30 years of experience in property management, facilities management, and administrative services with Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Moody National, Mr. Woods was Director of Facility Services for Enron with the responsibility for the management of over 2.5 million square feet of property including the 50-story Enron Center Campus at 1400 Smith Street, and a 40-story, commercial office tower 1600 Smith Street. During his tenure Enron Mr. Woods received the Building Owners and Managers Association''s prestigious "International Office Building of the Year" award for corporate facilities as well as the "Energy Star" award, the EPA''s highest award for energy efficiency.
