Stephen J. Hodson of Hodson Realty currently specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in Connecticut. We have transacted sales of office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, industrial facilities and large tracts of land in addition to negotiating numerous leases of office, retail and industrial property.
We also have a residential sales division that focuses on the greater Trumbull markets to include portions of Fairfield and New Haven counties.
Our affiliate, Greater Real Estate Appraisal Network, Inc. provides residential appraisals for lenders, relocation companies, attorneys, courts and individual clients.
We have been in business for 25 years and have done volunteer work for Trumbull Rotary for several years, in addition to have served on the town Economic Development Commission and the Board of Assessment Appeals. We currently are members of NAR, BRBC, Greater Valley, Monroe, Milford Chambers of Commerce, and Trumbull Business Network. Stephen Hodson also holds the E-Pro designation.
