Stephan Robinson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Steve brings to Ardent Realty Group a broad spectrum of life experiences, from 14 years of manufacturing design and production at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, to 13 years as the owner/ operator of two Houston area bakery operations. Mr. Robinson began his real estate career in 1999 with Coldwell Banker Commercial in their Industrial Services group, where he obtained his designation as an Industrial Specialist from CB University. During his affiliation with CBC he represented many regional companies with facilities acquisitions and dispositions.

In 2002, Steve accepted a position with Alliance Commercial Investments in their land brokerage department. He has been instrumental in locating and negotiating the acquisition of numerous commercial land tracts for their investment partners. He received a degree from the University of Houston in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, is a member of CCIM and the Urban Land Institute, and has a Texas Broker’s License. Less
