Sonia Winfield - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Sonia has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Sonia joined Carter in 2006 as a senior associate in the project leasing group, focusing on landlord representation and concentrating specifically on leasing and pre-leasing the 1.4 million square feet of office space in Atlantic Station.

Prior to joining Carter, Sonia was a marketing analyst in project leasing with Trammell Crow Company, where she performed third-party leasing duties for more than two million square feet of Class A and B office projects. Sonia was also responsible for all marketing initiatives, including preparing budgets, coordinating special events and advertising, creating new business development presentations and managing client communications
