In his role with Atlantic Corporate Partners, Shan provides clients with expertise in lease restructuring and global access to capital that helps corporate real estate occupiers optimize economics and maximize asset value. Shan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Latin Classics from Georgia State University and enjoys participating in various organizations outside of work. He was a long-time member of the Board at the Atlanta Mission, a ministry serving those experiencing homelessness; he founded M’AIDEZ 22, a non-profit helping adults with special needs; and is actively involved with LeaderImpact, an organization working with business leaders across the world. If a degree in Greek and Latin taught me anything, it taught me this – On trial for his life in ancient Athens, Socrates summed up for the jury the secret to adaptability, to creativity, to challenging old ways and models of doing and thinking, to a willingness to change, and ultimately to the good and right way – “The unexamined life is not worth living.”
