CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Prescott joined CB Richard Ellis in November of 2006. He has been in the San Antonio commercial real estate industry since January of 2000. Seth specializes in landlord representation in office and industrial product types. In addition, he has several years of experience in buyer and tenant representation.
Prior to his joining CB Richard Ellis, Seth was employed for an approximate two year period by a regional real estate firm. He was responsible for marketing and leasing a 26 building office complex totaling approximately 1,050,000 SF, the largest single property in San Antonio. During this time period, he completed over 125 lease transactions for a combined approximate total of 200,000 SF. The gross income generated from these leases was in excess of $9,000,000. Prior to this assignment, Seth was employed by a local San Antonio Real Estate firm where he worked with several institutional owners and was responsible for leasing several premier office buildings, in addition to other buyer and Tenant representation clients.
