Seth Koschak - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Seth Koschak joined Stream Realty Partners, L.P. in 2009 and is a member of Stream’s Industrial team. Seth is responsible for tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition / disposition services. Prior to joining Stream, Seth worked for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services specializing in Industrial investment sales. While at MMREIS, he was the number one Industrial Agent in the Austin office. Seth began his professional career while in college at The University of Texas – Austin working for Commercial Texas, LLC as a broker assistant.


During his first eighteen months with Stream, Seth has completed more than forty-five industrial and flex transactions and was named as a “Heavy Hitter” by The Dallas Business Journal for 2009. Seth was also named by Black''''s Guide to the "Top 35 Under 35" in commercial real estate for 2009.
