Mr. Hutchison has worked in commercial real estate since 2002, specializing in industrial facilities and land. He works for Tom Wilson and Associates, a full service brokerage firm, concentrating in owner representation and land acquisition. Since starting with Tom Wilson and Associates, Scott has completed over 100 commercial and industrial transactions totaling more than $24 million in value.

With extensive experience in research and land acquisitions, Scott provides an intuitive knowledge of the Atlanta market for his clients. Working from the Tom Wilson & Associates listings base, Scott strives to provide leasing services for those owners. In addition, he works as a leasing representative working the North Atlanta market.

Major Transactions

Mr. Hutchison has represented some major clients in industrial sales. By suggesting to the Purchaser that they combine several locations, Scott, working with Tom Wilson, was instrumental in the sale of the 117,000 square foot building at 1295 Bluegrass Lakes Parkway, Alpharetta, GA between T & D Remarketed Services, Inc. and Greenville Agricultural Credit Corp. The sale price of that building was $4,300,000.00. Scott negotiated the land sale of 36 acres valued at $1,839,570.00 in Forsyth County between OCS Enterprises and Longpoint Investors, Ltd. Scott represented one of Tom Wilson and Associate's land investor clients in the disposition of his 10,000 square foot Sandy Springs office building with a sale price of $1,150,000.00. Recently, Scott negotiated the sale of the Nielsen's 15,900 square foot building in Alpharetta at the price of $995,000.00 to Scott and Kelly McCoy.

As a client representative, Mr. Hutchison helped Sam Walters purchase a 40,000 Square foot build-to-suit facility in Gwinnett County, and Scott has located lease facilities for Southeastern Automotive, Inc., Protologic, EDS, International Cash Card, The Frederick Group, and Infinity Woodworks, all located in the Cumming area. In Alpharetta, Scott has worked with Full Circle Wood and Stone, LLC, Forsyth Christian School, A P Labs, Inc., Consolidated Banking Services, Inc., Procraft Graphics, Inc. For Tip Top Roofers, Scott negotiated the sale of 3151 Elizabeth Lane, Smyrna, a 26,000 square foot building on +/- 3.78 acres, for $1,315,000.00.

Recognition

Mr. Hutchison became a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club his first year of qualification, and was recognized for over One Million Dollars of production that year. For 2004, Scott was recognized by the Board for $8 million in production and was presented with the Young Council of REALTORS "Rookie of the Year" award for project involvement and sales production.
