Scott Asbury founded 3L Realty Group to provide owner and tenant clients with “best in class” real estate representation. Based on a foundation of relentless work ethic and integrity, 3L provides its clients with the intense market knowledge and meticulous transaction management services necessary to make the best possible real estate decisions.

3L Realty Group’s consultative approach to real estate brokerage focuses on addressing the specific requirements of its clients, while keeping in mind their cash flow, flexibility, and profitability. 3L’s mission is to assist clients in making the best real estate decisions to help them meet their long term and short term goals, and to maintain a relationship as their real estate advisor, should their needs change in the future.

Scott combines his MBA from SMU and a diverse background in technology, manufacturing, and distribution to give his clients a unique perspective from which to analyze their real estate opportunities. Scott has completed over $34 million and 1.2 million square feet of tenant and owner representation transactions. His clients include McGrath RenTelco, Cintas, Watsco, Rreef, SIG and Woodmark International.

Prior to forming 3L Realty Group, Scott was a Vice President and Market Director for Robert Lynn Company in Dallas where he focused on owner and tenant representation in the northeast Dallas submarkets.

Scott graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993 with a BBA in Business and a BS in Psychology. Following his undergraduate education he spent five years in several sales and marketing capacities for the CertainTeed Corporation, an international manufacturing and distribution conglomerate. Then, while returning to SMU for his MBA, Scott took on the role of Director of Channel Sales for Go Figure Technology, an early stage software application service provider. After completing the MBA program, Scott returned to his roots as a third generation real estate broker/developer. Less
