Prior to joining Colliers L&A, Sandy was the Director of Leasing in the Urban Division of Brandywine Realty Trust, overseeing the activity for a 4 million SF portfolio located in Center City Philadelphia and the Wilmington, DE suburbs and CBD. She spearheaded the leasing/marketing of a one million SF redevelopment project for JP Morgan Investment Management, Inc. as Vice President of Leasing/Asset Management Consultant while at Keystone Property Trust.
