Sandy Feld - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Sandy, 50, is a life-long resident of Denver and has been associated with Shames-Makovsky Realty Company since 1982 specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, industrial and investment real estate, as well as vacant ground. Sandy has been involved as the exclusive agent for several automobile dealerships in the Denver area and in this capacity has assisted those clients in site selection, as well as the process of obtaining governmental approvals in various municipalities throughout the Metro area. Additionally, Sandy is a principal in several commercial real estate investments throughout the Denver area and serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
