Sandy Cohen - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Cohen previously worked for Great Neck-based Sterling Equities, where he assisted with the management of Sterling’s Long Island commercial assets. Prior to that he was a property manager with Syosset-based Blumenfeld Development Group, where he managed more than 1 million square feet of commercial\retail space in New York and New Jersey.

Cohen is a graduate of Queens College, where he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in media studies with a minor in business.

A native of Plainview, Cohen now resides in North Bellmore with his wife, Jill and new born son, Alexander Brandon. He plays competitive softball and enjoys football, tennis, and golf. Less
