Roy Kardon - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Roy Kardon, SIOR was the recipient of the 2007 Broker All-Stars award, presented by Real Estate New Jersey Magazine. Roy was a finalist for the 2007 Deal of the Year at the Annual NAI Global convention and awarded the title of 2007 Silver Elite Top Performer as well as an Elite Top Producer for initiating transactions. Roy is also a two-time winner of the prestigious NAI Gold Club Award. He was also recently awarded the coveted Most Building Tours by any commercial broker in Southern New Jersey from Mack Cali, one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in the world.

Roy's tenant representation clientele list includes some of the top corporate names in the world, including AT&T, Verizon, Freightliner, and Kulicke & Soffa. As landlord representative, he is proud to have maintained relationships that have continued for many years. The best example of this achievement in Southern New Jersey is the Bleznak Organization, a developer who has relied on Roy to maintain near 100% leasing of 376,000 square feet of flex space with over 50 tenants occupying at any one time.

Roy believes in giving back to the community serving as the Co-Chair of Logistics for the American Cancer Society's Bike-A-Thon (the largest single day fund raising event in the region and third in the Nation). Additionally Roy serves on the Board of Directors of the Golden Slipper Club (a charitable group who sponsors a camp for 800 underprivileged children and a senior citizen center serving 1,500 seniors).
