Ronald Tarquinio - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

A native of the Pittsburgh area, Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State University and has over 35 years experience in real estate. Prior to forming TARQUINCoRE, Ron was with Cushman Wakefield Pittsburgh, and also served as Director of Acquisition for the Synchron Corporation in New York City. He also is the developer and part owner of River Park Commons, a 222,000 square foot office complex located on Pittsburgh’s South Side.

Ron’s post-graduate education includes extensive appraisal and CCIM courses, which taught him the value of a great location, highest and best use, and an understanding of current market trends.

Ron is a member of NAIOP (the National Association of Industrial Office Properties), as well as a former national board member and past President of the group’s Western Pennsylvania Chapter. He is also one of the founders of the Conference on Real Estate and previously served on the Port Authority Board. In March 2008, Ron was inducted into the NAIOP Hall of Fame. Less
