Ron Bullock - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Ron joined Scott Brown Commercial in 2004 with 23 years experience in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market in project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and development. He was VP for Wilcox Realty Group, responsible for teh leasing of over 8.5 million square feet of industrial space, including the 6.5 million square foot Meridian Industrial Trust portfolio from 1997-2004.

He served as President of WB Realty Partners, overseeing hte leasing of over 4 million square feet of office and industrial product and sales/development of 1600 acres of land from 1990-1991.

Ron also served as VP and Director of Marketing for Midway Development Company from 1981-1990.

Ron was named one of Dallas' "Heavy Hitters" by the Dallas Business Journal in 1998 and 2003. He was also named by the Dallas Business Journal as representing 4 of the top 25 largest industrial deals in 1998 and the 8th largest industrial deal in 2002. Less
