Robin A Smith - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Robin Smith recently joined Stream Realty Partners, along with his partner, Lance Taylor, to create Stream Realty Partners Retail Division. He has 18 years experience in retail real estate brokerage and has completed over 150 transactions worth an estimated gross value of $200,000,000 in the last six years.

Most recently, Robin was a Director at The Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company, and was responsible for managing the leasing programs for 2.6 million square feet of new development projects including the Prestonwood Town Center in Dallas, Texas, Southlake Corners in Southlake, Texas, The Corner at Short Pump in Richmond, Virginia, Poplar Creek Crossing in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and Chatham Market in Chicago, Illinois.

Prior to joining The Archon Group, Robin worked at United Commercial Realty (UCR) and Tricor Realty as a project leasing specialist representing owners. Robin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
