Rick plays a vital role on Endura’s team, specializing in investment sales and analysis. He is also active in the firm’s leasing activities and consistently averages between 30 and 40 transactions per year. His depth of knowledge has made Rick a trusted advisor across a wide spectrum of property types throughout the region.

His commercial real estate career was built on a firm foundation in investment analysis and valuation. He initially conducted critical market analysis and impact studies for Allen, Williford, & Seale, a real estate consulting group based in Houston. His responsibilities included writing appraisals of commercial property for clients such as Exxon and Shell Oil Co. while also managing field offices.

After relocating to San Antonio, Rick joined one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the city and applied his capabilities in valuation, while also expanding his services to include leasing and brokerage. During his tenure, Rick lead leasing activities for multiple properties totaling roughly a half million square feet and expanded brokerage activities, including sales of office buildings, shopping centers and commercial development sites.
