Rick graduated from St. Michael's College in Winooski Park, VT in 1981 with a B.A. in Business Administration. Rick is a member of the College Alumni Board of Directors and Board of Trustees. Rick has 24 years of commercial real estate experience. From 1984 to 1989 was at McBride Corporate Real Estate in Franklin Lakes, NJ. From 1989 to 2002 was at Sitar Company, most recently as SVP. Top producer for Sitar Company in 1997, 1998 and 2000. Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Concluded over 200 transactions valued in excess of $250,000,000. at Sitar Company. Notable transactions included leases with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, American Ref-Fuel, New Horizons Computer Centers, United Jersey Bank, Equitable Real Estate, Sapient, Gannett Corp. Wrote several articles for the acclaimed Sitar-Rutgers Regional Report. Rick is involved in numerous community activities: Parish Council Member at St. Catharine RC Church, Spring Lake, NJ, Facilitator of the Parish Life Committee, Golf Outing Chairman and Little League Coach.
