Prior to joining McCarthy Cook, Richard spent six years with Equity Office Properties leasing Class A office product in the Peninsula, East Bay, North Bay and San Jose submarkets where he completed 1.7Msf of lease transactions and was involved in 1.6Msf of acquisitions and 1.5Msf of dispositions.

Prior to Equity Office, Richard performed corporate services at both Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis providing services for clients such as Fritz Companies and DuPont. Richard started his real estate career as a broker in San Francisco with Colliers International. Less
