Richard Bamonte - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Bamonte serves as Director of Leasing in Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions Group and is currently responsible for leasing and marketing approximately 1.7 million square feet in 14 buildings in Miami-Dade County. These buildings include Airport Corporate Center (ACC), a one million square foot mixed-use park adjacent to Miami International Airport, Doral Corporate Center (“DCC”), a two building office complex with approximately 275,000 square feet of Class A office space and The OMNI Offices, a mixed use development with approximately 400,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Mr. Bamonte has been active in the South Florida real estate brokerage community since 1980, representing landlords and tenants in more than 470 office space lease transactions totaling more than 2.8 million square feet. Mr. Bamonte’s focus is landlord representation, having represented numerous institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office properties throughout South Florida, including:

Mr. Bamonte is a graduate of The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. Less
