Ramzi Hassan

Ramzi Hassan is a real estate developer and manager that has completed over $200M in retail and mixed use projects since he started his entrepreneurial career in 2003 finding opportunities in distressed assets. His involvement in the music and fashion industry was a catalyst to thinking about real estate in a more experiential format. Mr. Hassan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from DePaul University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and an Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member. Ramzi holds his managing broker license in Illinois, Missouri and Michigan.
