Ramsey March - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Ramsey March joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009. Ramsey focuses on marketing and leasing commercial properties in Downtown and Uptown Dallas as well as identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. He comes to Stream with more than 8 years of capital market transaction and loan workout experience involving office, retail, and hotel properties nationwide.



Most recently, Ramsey was a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets Group of DTZ Rockwood in New York where he was directly involved in more than $3.0 billion of property and whole loan sales, recapitalizations, and advisory assignments. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, he was a Financial Analyst in Loan Asset Management with the Archon Group, where he supervised a portfolio of more than $250 million in sub-performing/non-performing loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity investments, and REO properties.
