Rachel Condon - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Rachel Glaser began her career in commercial real estate in 2005 as an associate with CB Richard Ellis specializing in industrial landlord brokerage. Ms. Glaser brings with her a background in landlord representation, where her primary focus was the marketing of a five million square foot portfolio for a variety of institutional owners throughout the Southeast.
Ms. Glaser joined Commercial Property Professionals in March of 2009, specializing in industrial tenant and landlord representation. Here, she will play an integral role in business development and leverage relationships to add value to the clients Commercial Property Professionals serves. Her thorough understanding of institutionally owned real estate will serve her clients extremely well in marketing and analyzing potential deals.

Ms. Glaser grew up in West Palm Beach Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University.

Ms. Glaser resides in the historic Old Fourth Ward of Atlanta, and is a second generation commercial real estate broker.

Ms. Glaser is a member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors. Ms. Glaser is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina
