After twenty years of experience as a professional Commercial Realtor®, Philip Stewart started his own company in April 2001. As a sole proprietor, his focus is to serve a limited number of clients to most effectively represent their needs and financial interests. Prior to forming Stewart Realty, Philip was associated with Meridian Realty, a Winston-Salem based firm. At Meridian, he was one of the top producing sales agents in addition to overseeing and substantially increasing the Meridian property management portfolio. Prior to Meridian, Philip was a Senior Manager for JMB Realty, a national real estate firm, where he oversaw JMB's office portfolio in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
