Philip graduated Magna Cum Laude from CW Post University with a BA in Accounting. Before becoming a real estate professional, he worked as certified public accountant from 1982-1988 at both Coopers & Lybrand and JP Morgan Bank. In his 30 years of experience Philip has worked in all aspects of real estate including real estate leasing, acquisition, management and development. He has negotiated hundreds of leases in the NJ and NY working for both tenants and landlords. Philip has prepared marketing plans, financial modeling, competitive site analyses and space layouts for numerous tenants and landlords. Philip has negotiated all aspects of lease documents. His accounting background has been invaluable in analyzing projects and budgeting. When not working, he is an avid skier in the winter and a boater/offshore fisherman in the summer.
