Philip Fortune - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

A native of Atlanta, Phil witnessed the boom as Atlanta grew into an International city. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, specializing in Marketing. After 2 years of working in sales, Phil moved into management within the Parking Industry, managing everything from Class A parking structures to Medical Specific Valet Services. This position gave Phil 6 years of firsthand experience of the responsibility to coordinate employee schedules, manage staff as well as the opportunity of building relationships with Facilities and Property Managers throughout the city. These relationships and the exposure gave Phil the excitement and incentive to make the move to Commercial Real Estate. The last 4 years he has been successful working in the northern Atlanta market with Landlords and Tenants in both office and retail leasing. Phil has also been involved in sales and acquisitions. Today he brings to The C Group a focus on in-town leasing and industrial conversion. Phil is a member of numerous social groups in Atlanta, as well as the Commercial Board of Realtors. When he is not negotiating leases or tour office buildings with potential tenants Phil enjoys his time professionally competing in motorcycle racing and enjoying family time with his wife and beautiful 4-year-old daughter. Less
