With over fifteen years of proven commercial and institutional real estate experience, Peter Ramsey offers diverse real estate brokerage and asset management expertise to his clients. Mr. Ramsey is an office specialist with a focus on sales and leasing in the Jacksonville and Greater North Florida area markets. His portfolio includes Class “A” and “B” office/flex properties and he has successfully closed numerous lease transactions with aggregate consideration exceeding $39 million. His portfolio also includes numerous Florida Power & Light owned surplus land parcels totaling approximately 110 combined acres throughout Northeast Florida. He has been consecutively ranked among the Jacksonville area Power Brokers by CoStar Group based on overall transaction volume.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Ramsey was a specialist in office/flex agency leasing with Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Ramsey has extensive institutional and real estate asset management experience having worked as an asset manager for Transamerica Finance Corporation. In his role as an asset manager for Transamerica, he was responsible for the strategic disposition of over 250 corporate owned (“REO”) properties included in multi-state portfolios consisting of commercial, mixed-use, land, small multi-family and residential properties. His responsibilities also included work-out and servicing functions of impaired real estate related assets in assigned portfolios.

Mr. Ramsey has also worked as a real estate acquisition specialist for a Southeast Florida based commercial real estate developer of net leased retail properties where he performed site selection on behalf of retail clients looking for space along the Eastern Seaboard. His responsibilities also included property acquisition, project development, marketing and disposition activity. He was also involved in commercial real estate brokerage for various Southeast Florida real estate brokerage firms (primarily located in Palm Beach County).
