Paul Moye

Formally Vice President of Residential Development with 22 years of commercial real estate experience at THE MYRICK COMPANY, LLC. Roles included Project Manager, Tenant Construction Coordinator, Vice President of Property Management Services, and Vice President of Residential Development. Responsible for the coordination of all phases of the residential development process from market analysis and site selection through lot sales and post development activities. Mr. Moye is very familiar with the process of selecting and evaluating land uses and land valuation. Mr. Moye served 7 years in the South Carolina Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer Officer. He graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a charter member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a former member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builder''s Association, the Developer''s Council, and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
