Paul Holder - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Paul joined the AVTEX team in September of 2007 and has been in the commercial real estate business for over seven years. He last served as a Real Estate Representative for Bi-Lo Supermarkets and prior to that as a Real Estate Agent for Colliers Keenan. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Paul is Manager of the AVTEX office and is actively looking for development opportunities throughout the Southeast. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Less
