Paul V Carter - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

A veteran of the executive suite industry, Paul Carter has pursued a highly successful career. He joined OfficeLinks in 2006 as Senior Vice President, bringing a depth of knowledge that will facilitate the company’s future growth plans.



Paul is responsible for the sales, marketing and operations of OfficeLinks’ four locations, which include three New York City centers and one in Chicago’s landmark Sears Tower.


With more than 18 years of experience, Paul has been involved in all aspects of the business center industry and has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from emerging growth start-ups to multi-national companies.


His proven track record of accomplishments includes eight years with The Regus Group. In the course of that assignment, as Business Development Director and Sales Director for Latin America, he oversaw the successful opening of 40 locations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.


In 2005, Paul served as the first President of the Office Business Center Association of New York (OBCA/NY) and managed the local member network organization until the end of 2007.
