Paul has over eleven years of professional experience and expertise in office project leasing, office and industrial tenant representation, land disposition and acquisition including extensive experience in site selection, negotiating leases and contracts and providing creative real estate solutions.

Paul has negotiated over 450 lease transactions representing 3.5 million square feet with a transaction value of over $250 million. Paul has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of projects with a total transactional value in excess of $70 million.
