Patrick J. Caruso began his real estate career working for father-in-law Donald Sheridan in 1973. In the past four decades, Pat has become an expert in the many facets of Commercial Real Estate, with an emphasis on product representation for L.J. Sheridan clients. As a result, he’s led several successful multi-million dollar repositioning programs, such as 30 N. LaSalle Street and 444 N. Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago.

Pat’s career also includes representation of several corporate leaders. For example, he’s led McDonald’s Corporation, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Citibank in their pursuit of purchase and lease space throughout the United States.

Pat guides L.J. Sheridan & Company on a daily basis. Drawing on his extensive background in development, property management and client representation, Pat has earned a reputation for creating added value for the company’s partners and clients.

Another strong believer in supporting the industry and community, Pat has served with distinction as President of the Building Owners and Managers Association from 1995 – 1998. Additionally, he proudly serves on the Executive Board of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. He and wife Patricia have five children. Less
