Patrick Caruso

Pat began his real estate career working as a broker for his father-in-law Donald Sheridan in 1973 and has been running the company since the late 90's. He has a passion for Chicago real estate and its rich history that he brings to every deal. His current and past clients are the lifeblood of the firm and include some of the most notable Chicago-based companies like: McDonald’s Corporation, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Wintrust Financial Corporation. Prudential Insurance Company, Chicago Catholic Archdiocese, and SEIU Local #1. Pat is a past President and currently serves as a Director with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA) as well as a Director of Northbrook Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.
