Norman Tynes - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Norman Tynes has been in the Commercial Real Estate profession for over 20 years. Mr. Tynes’ experience includes commercial brokerage for investment sales and land sales; Class “A” Office and single-story garden office development, leasing and property management; and multi-family brokerage and management.

Prior Experience
Before starting his own company, Mr. Tynes was Vice President of Marketing and Development for Daniel Corporation. For the four years Mr. Tynes was with Daniel, he was responsible for portfolio leasing, land sales, and assisted in Class “A” office development. Before joining Daniel Corporation, Mr. Tynes was Vice President of Huntsville Division for Harbert Realty Services, Inc. Before joining Harbert Realty Services, Inc., Mr. Tynes was Development Director for Metropolitan Properties, Inc. in Orlando, Florida.

Education
With a major in Public Relations and Communications, and a minor in Economics, Mr. Tynes received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University in 1987. Mr. Tynes is the Alabama Broker of Record for the Company.

Mr. Tynes has procured business in such markets as Florida, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. Mr. Tynes has closed transactions with many quality organizations including: The Prudential Insurance Company of America, the Hillman Company, Walt Disney World Co., Aetna Life and Casualty, Marriott Corporation, Wyle Electronics, Nichols Research, Wolverine Tube, United States Steel Corporation, and Resource Management Service. He has successfully leased over 1.5 million square feet of Class “A” office space.

Professional and Civic Organizations
