Nima Bararsani joined Newmark Knight Frank as an Associate in 2004. With wide experience in real estate research and marketing, Mr. Bararsani’s ability to leverage market intelligence provides a valuable negotiating tool for his clients, assisting corporate tenants in achieving significant cost savings in office and retail transactions in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets.
Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Bararsani utilized his skill-sets in the real estate industry as a Marketing Coordinator and Research Associate at Elite Realty Group in Irvine, CA, where his innovative research and presentation techniques assisted in the exploitation of volatile market niches. By identifying the market’s needs, Mr. Bararsani ultimately helped to maximize Elite Realty Group’s sales.
Mr. Bararsani has also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. There, his accounting research was geared towards the effects of same-store cannibalization on future sales. His research assisted in more accurate sales and growth forecasts and consequently, more accurate industry valuation forecasts for use in the academic arena.
