I have been a Florida resident now for over 12 years.

Before I moved here in 1998, I got started in the Real Estate Industry (in 1994) as a Real Estate agent / owner developer in Berlin / Germany. I have been doing nothing but Real Estate since, especially in SW Florida, where I developed several commercial properties with local and foreign investors over the last decade.

Through my parallel background and experience in development and construction I have extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate, from condition assessments and values to codes and contracts.

In the last few years, I personally have successfully closed over 100 real estate transactions in SW Florida, as listing agent and as buyer''s agent alike. Less
