
Nicholas was former President and a Partner at Real Estate Investment Group. Nicholas started his brokerage career in 2005 and has focused on investment sales, land sales, retail leasing and redevelopment projects. During this time, he has participated in the sales and leasing of approximately $1 billion of real estate projects. As a Partner at Capacity Commercial Group, Nicholas will continue to leverage his MBA from UCLA and development experience to help structure complicated land developments, lease negotiations and investment sales. These skills have benefitted him in selling land for thousands of new residential units and millions of square feet of new retail and office developments, including such notable projects as Progress Ridge TownSquare, LandRover’s state of the art facility at Washington Square, Parkway Village, Alamo Manhattan’s 1st and Columbia project, and many others. Nicholas has a deep understanding of the development process and regularly works with the most active developers in the Pacific Northwest. Nicholas, George Diamond and Michelle Rozakis (Diamond Team) have been honored as the Retail Brokerage Team Of The Year in both 2018 and 2019 from the Commercial Association of Brokers Oregon & SW Washington. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as former Next Generation President and state committee member as well as the Site Source Retail Brokerage Network.
