Nelson Kramer is a Vice President and Director, Southeast Region of CBRE’s Automotive Dealership Services Group. Kramer has provided commercial real estate services for more than thirty years, including over 15 years with CBRE. He has successfully completed assignments in tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and asset leasing for clients throughout the region. Kramer has substantial experience in investment properties as well as land acquisitions & dispositions.
Kramer has built substantial long-term business relationships in Atlanta''''s highly professional commercial real estate community. This allows him to effectively communicate and cooperate with brokers and other professionals when carrying out an assignment for his clients. His listening, situation analysis, organization, technical and marketing skills are utilized in achieving his client''''s overall strategic objectives. Throughout his career, he has been involved in well over one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions.
Kramer is a former Principal/Director of Real Estate Advisory Services with Laventhol & Horwath; Vice President/Sales Manager of 28 professionals with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate; and Vice President/General Manager for Northside Commercial Real Estate Services. Previously, he was Vice President/General Manager for over 1.5 million square feet of space owned and operated by The Overmyer Company one of the pioneer, international third party logistics companies.
Kramer has consistently been recognized within the industry for his skills and service. He has been honored as the Realtor of the Year and awarded the Phoenix Award for ten years of sales excellence from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has served as a moderator, panelist and author for numerous commercial real estate industry functions and publications.
Kramer is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He is the past Director of NAIOP, a current board member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and served on the Board of Governors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate.
