Nathan L Klein - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Nathan joined Loveland Commercial in February 2004 as an intern through Colorado State University and became a full-time Broker Associate and Project Manager upon graduation shortly thereafter. In just two short years Nathan has become one of the leading real estate brokers in Northern Colorado; and became a partner of Loveland Commercial in June 2006. Nathan’s recent projects include the redevelopment of the former Great Western Sugar Factory in Loveland, and the redevelopment of multiple retail and office projects in Northern Colorado. Nathan’s ability to analyze and develop property values, analyze market conditions, and identify market opportunities are exceptional. Nathan also recently took classes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Colorado State University and is currently developing a system to track all commercial real estate activity in Northern Colorado.

Nathan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Nathan’s previous experience includes two and a half years with Bank of Colorado in Fort Collins and an internship with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Nathan is a Board Member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors, a member of the Loveland Commercial Brokers Group, a member of the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation’s Business Retention and Expansion Committee, and a member of the Colorado State University Center for Real Estate Steering Committee.
