Nancy Glick - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

In 2005, Nancy Glick began her career at Newmark Associates, Inc. She quickly rose to the position of Vice President as the result of the financial acumen, creativity, and integrity that she brings to the Real Estate profession. Prior to joining Newmark Associates, Ms. Glick worked at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. in Washington, DC as a Sales and Trading Representative where her responsibilities included the negotiation and sale of primary and secondary market pooled-securities to a broad investor base. During that time Ms. Glick received an MBA in Finance from George Washington University.

Ms. Glick has continually demonstrated her keen understanding of marketing and finely-tuned negotiation skills. Her most recent accomplishments include the marketing and sale of a multi-unit office complex in Pine Brook, New Jersey. In a market most would define as challenging, Ms. Glick, representing ownership, sold the properties in a short time period while achieving record value. Ms. Glick also represented Walgreen’s Specialty Pharmacy, Inc., in their recent acquisition of office space in Morris County. Additionally, Ms. Glick has developed an expertise in the marketing and sale of distressed property, working closely with court-appointed receivers to sell a variety of commercial/multi-family properties.

Outside of her work with Newmark Associates, Ms. Glick devotes her time to various volunteer activities. In addition to volunteering for her local religious and parent/teacher associations, she recently participated in Relay for Life and organized a successful fundraising effort for Partners in Health, providing underprivileged children in Africa with much needed sports equipment. Less
