Michael Silva has extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate Marketing. Michael helped develop and currently maintains multiple websites, one for Americas Industrial Realty Corp. and the other for Alexander Bernaldo; Local Industrial Properties. His responsibilities include, overseeing all of the companies marketing efforts, the development of company brochures, coordinating the marketing mail out program, researching availabilities / trends of the Miami-Dade industrial market, preparation of company packages, updating the websites, and the administration of the computer systems / interoffice network. Less
