Mike Romney - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Since being named one of the Phoenix market's Rookie's of the Year in 2005, Michael Romney has completed more than 350,000 square feet of office lease and sale transactions valued at over $37 million.

He focuses in the East Valley market of Phoenix (Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek) aiding both tenants, landlords and investors with leasing, acquisition and disposition of office property.

Mike brings a distinctive tool set and background to his commercial real estate experience, having previously worked as a Senior Auditor at the international public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche.

Mike's years of financial and strategic analysis of both public and private firms, while at Deloitte, enable him to provide a unique perspective to his clients in their real estate transactions.

Mike graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), East Valley Partnership and the fundraising committee for Junior Achievement of Arizona. Less
