Mike Goldwater - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Michael has been in the commercial industrial real estate business since 1998 and specializes in the freestanding single-occupant and multi-tenant industrial buildings for sale or lease throughout the Southeast valley. He joined CPI in 2009 and previously was with Cushman & Wakefield and the Trammell Crow Company.

He has repeatedly proven himself to be a very motivated team player, establishing a noted client list and showing his ability to be a strong closer. Within the first 6 months of 2009 alone, he has completed nearly $15,000,000 in transactions.

Michael has represented numerous corporations on lease, built-to-suit, land and building sale transactions including American Sheetmetal Inc., Walters & Wolf Construction, Wilson Properties, LGE Design Build, RREFF, INC Clarion and Cricket Communications.

Michael is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Less
