Mike Eyer - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mike Eyer serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness/The
Group Commercial specializing in the sale and leasing of office and
industrial property in Northern Colorado. With five years of real estate
experience, Mike has secured more than 40 transactions.
Mike has a substantial background in finance and real estate. He
enjoyed 12 years as a successful equity and derivative trader in the
financial services industry with Banc of America Securities based in San
Francisco. During that time he rose to the position of director which he
held for more than 3 years. He actively traded a portfolio of more than
25 specific securities in 5 different industry sectors. His clients were the
largest insurance companies, pension, mutual and hedge funds in the
world, consistently generating more than $15 million a year in revenue
for the company. His knowledge and understanding of complex financial
transactions and negotiations have helped him in numerous real estate
deals.

In 2004 Mike established himself as a retail business owner in Fort
Collins where he was responsible for the business development and all
marketing, finance and accounting activities. This extensive experience
has fostered a true understanding of business ownership and what it
takes to be successful in a competitive market.

Mike has been actively involved in commercial real estate as an
accomplished investor and manager of his own portfolio. He has
mastered the necessary skills that are needed to analyze, structure, and
negotiate complicated real estate transactions. Combined with his
extensive finance and business background he understands the needs
of commercial owner-users, tenants and investors and can deliver the
desired results.

Active in the industry, Mike is a member of the Fort Collins Board of
Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the National Association
of Realtors, and the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of
