Mike represents tenants for Transwestern, helping to relocate them or renegotiate their leases. He also works with prospective purchasers who want to make the transition from leasing to owning. Mike’s networking in the Denver area has played a major role in his acquisition of clients.

In his five years of tenant advisory experience, Mike has completed over 350,000 sf of transactions. He has worked with and maintains solid relations with clients such as Clarion Mortgage, Underhill & Underhill, David Weekley Homes, APR Consulting, the Colorado Republicans, and McKenzie, Rhody & Hearn.
Mike is a Denver native who began his career with CB Richard Ellis, where he maintained a database of 10,000 tenants in the Denver Market. Mike began working with Transwestern in 2002. While he continues to work with his existing clients, he also focuses on cultivating relationships for new business.
