Michael is a savvy & experienced Broker who walks, talks, eats, and breathes real estate. His specialities are: high-end co-ops and condos, multi family & mixed-use buildings, restaurants (former owner of website entitled Restaurant Spaces.com), medical space, parking facilities, office space, office buildings and hotels.

Michael's background is broad-based with extensive experience in Commercial Mortgage Brokerage with Cooper-Horowitz, Shopping Center Leasing with James Hanson Inc, Co-Operative and Condominium Sales and rentals with Douglas Elliman, and William B May. Additionally Michael has managed Goodstein's residential Soho office. Mike has also managed 2754 Williamsbridge Road (78 unit rental building) in the Bronx on behalf of family interests.

Mike has also been licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and New Jersey. He is a former member of REBNY, MANAR & NAR. He is a NYS licensed Asst Appraiser, Certified Buyers Rep and Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York.

Michael speaks Spanish, is computer literate, a single engine pilot, loves golf and tennnis and a former Member of Old Oaks Country Club. Mike was educated at the University of Wisconsin, NYU Graduate School of Business & Cornell's ILR School. Mike is an Honorary Kentucky Colonel, grew up in Scarsdale New York, is a former owner of a mailing list company(Demographic Profiles) headquartered in One World Trade Center & was the host of a cable TV talk show on the Drosses Network entitled "Million Dollar Sellilng".
