Michael Shooster - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Michael Shooster is a South Florida Developer who has served as President of 777 Properties, Inc. which was formed in 1994. He has served as the company president since 2000. 777 Properties, Inc. purchased it's corporate building along with 31 acre piece of vacant land that we hold for future development. During 2004 we sold off 20 acres of the vacant land to Broward County for the purpose of developing a nature preserve that will be named in perpetuity as the Herman and Dorothy Shooster Preserve. 2004 was a very busy year because after we sold the land we completed a 1031 exchange.
